WEIGHT LOSS

Your Life Will Change

Obesity is not just about food, will power, or exercise. You are fighting genetics, stress, your body, food choices, and life! We don’t believe in measuring cups and counting calories.

We use FDA approved medicines (seaglutide, tirzepatide, phentermine, topiramate), nutrients, supplements, education and strategies to help you lose weight. Yes, there are possible side effects that can come with losing weight. That’s why we try to prepare and help you avoid most of them and have something to help relieve them.

We will evaluate and assess whether GLP-1 is right for you by measuring body mass index (BMI) at the beginning. If you qualify, we will design a customized treatment plan that focuses on weight loss but also help you regain vitality and energy back.

Basically, we want to help you lose weight affordably and live life without counting calories! (You do need to exercise more though. It’s good for you!)

FAQ

How much weight can I lose?

With medications such as tyhe GLP1s (semaglutide, tirzepatide), one can lose up to 25-28% of their body weight. Your results may vary due to genetics and lifestyle changes.

What about nausea, vomiting, bloating?

We try to anticipate symptoms before you get them. By providing proper education and support before treatment, we try to minimize most symptoms and few patients experience extreme side effects. We are not like other “fast food” weight loss clinics where they prescribe you medication and that’s it.

Side Effects

Your progress is monitored during GLP-1 treatment to managepotential side effects. Some individuals may experience temporary side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, constipation, heartburn, and burping. These symptoms usually go away after the first month.

Who should not take semaglutide (GLP-1) or tirzepatide (GIP)?

GLP-1 is not recommended if you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer, Endocrine Neoplasia Syndrome type 2, history of pancreatitis, type 1 diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis, or severe gastrointestinal disease such as gastroparesis, severe gastrointestinal disorders, during pregnancy and during breast feeding, children and adolescents.
